Rosey, Andy and Sam are the only good people in the salon that know what they are doing . Last night Wendy did my eyebrows because Rosey is out . She RUIEND my eyebrows so bad I cried . I asked for my refund and they charged my card AGAIN . I am unbelievably upset , there is no fixing them instead I have to let them grow back which who knows how long this will take . NEVER AGAIN . YOU GET ZERO Stars in my book , but only because I have to , ONE will do only on behalf of the 3 I mentioned doing my nails .

I went n had my nails done and i had an appt with andy..well andy didnt do my nails some other guy did..he tore my cuticles up and i asked for pink n whites n i fot regular acrylic for one..for two i got white french tips and well ive had them done for a couple days n they are chipping and my white is now yellow..im very disappointed

I had a terrible experience. The shop was very trashy... It looked like a place you would walk into off a boardwalk. Then, while doing my nails the woman ripped off both of my pinky acrylic nail then charged me for a repair. I only got a fill and a small design.... It was $40. The very next day one of my nails chipped. I will never go back.

The service in this place is absolutely appalling. Why take appointments over the phone if the place is a cluster itself when you walk in. My nails look like they were done by a 6 year old and I was charged 5 dollars extra for one heart on each ring finger that I am embarrassed to even show people that's how poorly they were done. My friend did not even get her nails done as they told her to have a seat on a pedicure chair then forgot her presence. I will never go back to this nail salon.... My friend and I went to get our nails done and figured we would try somewhere new. When we got there they seemed busy but sat us right away. They started on my nails first, I was getting a gel manicure it was done very rushed no manicure part involved and the paint job was sloppy. Which with gel nails means they will peel right off there were huge clumps on my skin and parts of the nail that wasn't even paint!!!! I got my nails done here and afterwards I couldnt get them filled for about a month. Lets just say I still have every nail still on. Any other place would have given me cracked nails by now. Im sure some nails would have been missing. This is a very good place to get your nails done.

A friend recommended this place to me. I drive an hour to get my nails done and I cannot say enough good things. I feel that Andy is the best by far. All of the staff are friendly and welcoming. The place is clean and a good environment. Their prices are more than fair. They do everything from waxing to pedicures, solar nails and massage. Unpleasant...No attention to detail...Sloppy....Horrible experience! My dog could have given me a better pedicure!!! Don't waste your money here!!!!
