I have been a client of Jenny's for many years. I had never had any issues prior to this incident, she had not done my gel nails well and I had called her to ask if she would be able to redo the gel nails because they were too thick and too long. Jenny responded with "that she wasn't responsible for the bad finishes of the gel nails & if I did not like the work she did I could ask for other employees". well first of all am very straight and honest! and when i say Jenny does the best when it come to doing your nails i mean iit seriously!am so particular about my nails am so hard to please.my daughter referred me to usa nails because i was so unhappy with other nail shops,so i tried JENNYat usa nails oh my GOD what a blessing jenny likes to get to know her customer and does the nails job to please her customers.i live in the city of chicago i have to travel a bit but its truly worth it every 2 weeks am a life time customer.t... read more
First and foremost, I have been to quite a few salons in the area. But I have never been so disappointed in the service I received at this salon. I had made a mani/pedi appointment for my sister's wedding. Shockingly I was turned away while they were busy. The owner claimed I never made the appointment. Leaving me scrambling to find another. Moreover, the place looked gloomy, small and not as clean as other places I've been. NEVER again will I return to US nails!
I have been going to this Nail salon for years. Tony & Jessica are married and are the owners. They do all of the manicures, while another employee does the pedicures. They do an excellent job and the prices are incredible. The place is very clean, and has so many nail polish selections to choose from. I recommend this place all the time to friends, family, etc.
