Started out really good, slowly but surely going down hill. A while back I went there, no customers were in there at all and I got told they couldn't do my nails because they had appts. Coming. Just went in today ONLY NEEDING 1 NAIL FIXED(was there at opening time of 930, but opened the doors at 1140) the girl turns on the open sign, takes a lady back for a pedi. This place is friendly at first, but does not have great quality. I did not like my results and I felt that the manager was mocking me and made me feel very uncomfortable. He barely acknowledged my concerns and was on his phone saying he has done this for 20 years and will gladly take the product off my nails. There was no other suggestion as discussed on the call for satisfaction. I was not impressed with the overall quality, customer service or pricing. Made an appointment at 5, didn't get into the chair until around 6. They didn't actually serve me until 6:30-6:45. The woman who also helped me was not personable
The very worst Peddi I have ever had in my life. I will NEVER go there again and I will tell everyone not to go there. I didn't get anything I asked for, from the color polish I wanted to them cutting down my nails, and other then them cleaning up the cuticles they didn't do anything. not even worth a penny. NO wonder there was not wait. Wal-mart is even better. only giving it 1 star cause this site is making me give them something

I go there when they open for the day so I never have to wait. I get my nails done just as I ask. Never had a bad set. Never lose a nail. I have walked in at later times before and had a long wait...so that is why I go in at opening now. Everyone is friendly. I do not have a problem with this salon.
Absolutely, positively horrified at the service I just received. I waited an entire hour without being acknowledged by a single soul. Got to the point where I almost walked out, and should have, but didn't. Then I was seated with one girl who didn't even have her own drill! They gave her a makeshift drill and told her perhaps she should buy her own. I sent twenty minutes watching her fumble with her shorty equipment before I was moved to one of the males who was working. He bragged about how good he was. Told me he swam here... read more
I have been getting my nails done for close to 15 years. I have never been happier with any other salon. My nails always look fantastic. The staff is friendly and professional. I look forward to my appointments every time. US Nails ROCKS !
Very friendly staff I have gone to several different salons to get pink and whites and they are by far the best. Would not go anywhere else.����
