I’ve had multiple mediocre experiences here. Despite reservations, I always wait forever. One of the nail techs insulted my mother by perseverating about how long it had been since her last pedicure. Why do I keep going back? It’s close to my work and I’m often short on time. Today was the last straw though. I asked how long the wait would be and was told a few minutes. This was my very second time visiting U.S. Nails and they continue to impress me!! The service is absolutely amazing and you get treated like family!! I brought my son for eyebrows and he absolutely loved the place, customer service and all the staff! We will be a returning customers in the future! Thank you for such a wonderful experience
I had such a wonderful experience at US Nails! I came in for a pedicure, manicure, and full set before my vacation to Italy after this salon was highly recommended for their exceptional service, and they absolutely lived up to the hype. Mixed bag. The reason i won't return is the staff and payment situations. The staff watches videos really loudly by the customers on top of the peaceful backtrack & it was super uncomfortable. I couldn't tell if a woman was just crying or being hurt in the video. Vibe killer. Then in payment i usually tip more than the set amounts but this man LITERALLY craned his head to stare at the pad.
