Really happy with my nails! I told him exactly what I wanted and he nailed it (pun intended) great attention to detail and got the design just right. He’s also super friendly and made the whole appointment relaxed and enjoyable. Will definitely be back!

Everytime I have went everything was great until today my daughter and I went in to get nails done around 1:20 the guy said he had a appt at 2 for us to come back at 3 we walked in around 2:50 there was 2 ladies waiting and he called them up like sir u sent us away told us a time and then expected us to sit and wait another hr to me is crazy this is my only day off so I have other things I need to get done today. Please do better as a business

The designs are amazing I really love that aspect of it. But today was the second time I've called ahead and was given a time to come in and when I got there was told you come back 4 hours later. I work 2 jobs and don't have a lot of time to be able to treat myself like that so having my time seemingly disrespected like that is not very good customer service. Like I said their designs and effort they put into the nails is amazing but this is just not okay I'm sorry
