My mother who is elderly went here recently to get a pedicure/manicure and is losing entire toenails bc a “tech” here was far too rough. She won’t be returning. Had I’d known the reviews were so bad for this particular establishment, I’d have warned her a long time ago.
Love Andy’s Nails!! Always double checking to make sure you’re happy with the service they go above and beyond for their customers. I have been to them for 10 years and wouldn’t trade going there for anywhere else.
They are really doing great
I’m highly disappointed. I made an appointment to get my nails done and was seated at a chair when I arrived, I waited with my feet in the water for an HOUR before I had to leave. I have a 7 month old baby so I took time to hire a baby sitter for this time that was supposed to be relaxing for me. Any mom who has small children knows it’s not easy to get away and get time for yourself. Please stop taking appointments if you’re not able to get to them, it is highly disrespecting others’ time.
