Office staff are unorganized. Insurance and billing is a nightmare. Diagnosis is terrible. If you have an actual medical condition that needs treatment and you have insurance that needs to be bill, you should run the other way. The US MRI radiologist said I might have cancer, and needed a followup CT Scan. Getting insurance approval took over a month because US MRI didn’t send the correct documentation to the insurance company. Their billing department sucks. Two years in a row I've got issues. They waited until the last minute to submit a prior auth ultimately causing me to have to reschedule my appointment for the second time. They had my information for almost 2 weeks. To top it off last year I got another MRI, I paid out of pocket, then like 4/5 months later I got bill for another few hundred dollars because apparently they made a mistake.
