I had a horrible experience using this company. I guess it's common practice to yell at your customers at a closing meeting.. Everything was sloppy! Everything was last minute, late etc. closing has been delayed numerous times and as first time home buyers we're not aware of how the process should be going. We just closed a loan with Art and we can’t recommend him highly enough! Very attentive, not too pushy. A real expert! He has the equivalent of what “good bedside manner” is when it comes to doctors. Not sure what that would be in this field, but he’s got it, for sure!
