I’ve been a patient at your clinic for seven years and have always received excellent care. The staff is compassionate, attentive, and always ready to help. Their bedside manner has been top tier! Jaime, Guadalupe, Alysia, and Dr. Ingle are particularly outstanding. They’re a great asset to US Med Clinic. Thank you for bringing your business to Carrollton!

This clinic is the absolute worst. No sense of urgency for patients, Dr. Ingram especially. I called to request a refill for a prescription yesterday, wasn’t sent in. Called again this morning, they said it would likely be Monday because the Dr works “from home” and he’s “off”??? Have no idea how this makes sense as a provider but would 10/10 never recommend this clinic.

Dr Harris & Dr Engel treated me for a swollen lymph node. It was never treated instead to two doctors prescribed me antibiotics back to back and have me bv and a yeast infection that I’ve now had over a year. Dr Harris paid me off 60$ dollars to not make an issue about it but here I am still sick. Not only that but he gave me prescriptions that were not documented in my paperwork. & doctor ingel gave me steroids that I didn’t even need which affected my blood sugar. I have been a patient at this clinic since October, and my first experience was with Dr. John Engel, who has unfortunately passed away. He was an exceptional physician who was kind, attentive, and someone who truly listened to his patients. I always felt respected and cared for under his guidance. This is the best set of Dr's and NPs that I have ever been to. They are a cash pay clinic and I have health insurance but choose to come here because the level of service is far beyond any other Healthcare provider experience that I have had personally. You actually are listened to and all of the DRs are super available and approachable.
