Great store and service!
Great service. Our sales person Ken was very knowledgeable. He listened to what we wanted and steered us to the best value for our money. We felt he was honest and wasn’t trying to up sell me. I highly recommend if you are looking for a new bed.
I had heard great things about US Mattress, but unfortunately the experience was bad enough that I cancelled & purchased the two mattresses I needed @ Gardner White and had them delivered 24 hours later. I went in and met with the sales-person, explained that I needed 2 cost-effective twin mattresses for a rental (air b n b) and was promptly pushed towards buying 2 $1000 mattresses - which I had to explain was not "cost effective". I had ordered a mattress and adjustable base from Ken Thomas at a different location but was experiencing an issue after my ordered had been delivered. I explained to Ken the issues I was experiencing and the communication via email that I has thus far. We went over the emails together, I also requested a change to my order going forward, he stated that he would makes some calls and get back with me by the end of the day.
