They break things and refuse to fix them. I would never take a chance using them when there are much better cleaning services around. They broke a precious antique of mine and took a big chip out of the wall. They refuse to fix the hole in the wall and I would not use them again. Beware if you care about your home, because they do not. They also broke the stopper in the sink and have done nothing about that.
