Unprofessional and a Waste of Time We were contacted by Jeremy Vincent and Ian Ritter from US Lawns, claiming they had about 20 properties they needed us to service for snow removal. After spending over an hour and a half of our time preparing and sending them detailed pricing, they completely stopped responding to our emails. We haven’t heard from them since.
