Called this company because my laser printer needed service. They charge $135 plus trip charge plus tax on a printer that they should have known cost less to replace than to have the service that would have been required to repair. The repair bill came in over $700 and to replace was $450. The questions should have been asked if they were a company that cared about the consumer.

I have used U.S. Laser for a number of years and have never been disappointed with the outcome of a service call. The techinican is always professional and courteous. The last service call I placed was in August 2019, which far exceeded my expectations. The technician contacted Hewlett Packard (HP) and he was told that my printer was still under warranty. As a matter of fact, the warranty was due to expire in three days. Thank you U.S. Laser for your diligence in reaching out to Hewlett Packard on the customers behalf.

We have had great success working with US Laser. Whenever we have a problem with one of our printers, they are quick to offer a solution. The customer service is top notch as well as their service.
