The pictures are interesting. They don't want to reimburse co-pays from your doctor visits on your health insurance that you have to use to figure out it is a work related issue. They think my doctors should reimburse my co-pays even though they didn't reimburse my doctors for them. Your doctor told me he only had to keep his records for one year.
