If I could place a rating of negative ten stars, I would. This company is a joke. The realtors have no knowledge of Arizona real estate law and do not even attend a certified real estate school barely passing the licensing exam. Their mode of operation is to manipulate or bully the sellers or buyers into whatever it is they want done. They misdirect and force signatures without giving anyone a chance to read anything!
