Tried calling a dozen times everytime can't get to any actual person what a joke the whole building is especially there department over the phone call hope they like what I said
Cannot speak to live person they have not cashed my check for payment guilty until proven innocent as far as payments
I've tried calling about 10 times about my taxes. Their automated answering machine keeps hanging up on me even if I provide all of my information and reason for calling. It just tells me to call back when I have a reason for calling. The system is screwed and has been for a long time.
