Mi opinion es que tienen un Servicio pésimo como ciudadano me siento frustrado, hice un acuerdo de pago y antes de hacer el primer pago pague 1000 dólares y aparece el dinero pero no se refleja en mi cuenta esta semana hice mi primer pago de mi acuerdo de pago y ya se refleja el pago de esta semana y los 1000 dólares nadie me dice donde se encuentran es frustrante porque uno quiere hacer las cosas correctamente y parece que el sistema está diseñado para perjudicar al contribuyente.
