I purchased flooring from Home Depot and they hired USIG for the install. The morning of installation, Robbie from the Myrtle Beach, SC office called to say it would be the next day due to his installer calling in sick. Needless to say, I was not happy. The worst experience I have had with a floor installation for the fifty years I have bought, rented and sold homes. They are unscrupulous unprofessional and unable to do a good job.They will also charge you more once half the job has started and y cannot go back.Home Depot and USIG they are one of a kind and deserve each other

Ryo Stone, came to our home to inspect and give us a quote on their service. We didn’t qualify for financing of the service. However, It was pleasant experience to have someone that CARED as much as Ryo did! He made several calls and asked several questions on our behave in an attempt to get us approved for financing. I was a installer for the company but I was so unhappy there. I ended up quitting the job and because I quitI was treated so bad. Wouldn't give me my last check. I was told I had to wait a year for it it's been a year 2 months and I still haven't gotten my check.

I purchased a floor installation and it was the WORST NIGHTMARE! I almost have a heart attack more than once: 1) DELAYS, project toke 3 MONTHS MORE than what they said it would take (6months total) 2) subcontractor did not submitted the permit application required documents and I had to take 1 WEEK OFF WORK to resolve personally this issue, even though I Paid them $550 to do this job. 3) contractor that performed the job was unlicensed, RUDE, he constantly YELLED at me, he left PEE all over my bathroom floor, office desk, an... read more
