I got a vinyl plank installation through Home Depot and was a little worried when I saw the reviews of the contractors they assigned. However, the team I had doing the installation did a great job start to finish. Very high quality/professional work, and even went above and beyond and offered to help me move a couple of things back in after the first day of work.

Home Depot / USIG: I purchased carpet from Home Depot in June 2021, for my stairs and landing. Thirty days later USIG came out to install it. These two men worked hard but obviously lacked the professional skills and abilities needed to competently complete the job. The installation of the runner and spindles were totally inadequate. In many areas the tack strips were placed in the wrong place, and the carpet was not adequately stretched and tucked. Staples were clearly visible. Many problems with the flooring and when I call to get errors corrected or refund they never return calls. Definitely don’t recommend them
