highly incompetent and all around rude. Need a CT scan for my son whose bowels may rupture and they want me to play phone tag for 2 days with them and United healthcare push out his appt time daily and they wont do the CT till then even though it is a STAT order! He is covered and it shows his insurance is covered and everytime I call back they get more and more frustrated with me like I'm not doing my job! I am a drs asst and I shouldnt have to call and get the EOB code for authorization myself, push through the claim mysel... read more
My mom had an appointment at 10, checked in at 940. People who have come in after her already taken back and she's still waiting. Patient care is seriously lacking and front desk staff needs improvement. One hour wait is unacceptable especially for a patient who was told to have a full bladder and nothing to eat prior. She's diabetic and they were informed.
Why would they confirm an appointment and when I arrive they tell me it’s not approved? Incompetent!

Great customer service and tell you word for word on what they will be doing! I have had 3 tests at this facility and the staff is awesome!! Highly recommend going here for a MRI and it CT scan.
Everybody there is so nice. They truly care about the patients.
My mother had her breast ultrasound done there and was told she needed more testing. After calling her primary care provider they said no and to call the imaging center. She called the imaging center and was treated l like a second class citizen. What is wrong with the world that someone in healthcare should speak to my retired age mother!! I would NOT take my dog back to this imaging center!!! So very rude!!!!!
