Our HVAC went out at 4AM on a Sunday, when it was 26 degrees outside, and my family was getting cold. I called US HVAC Services up, they were out within a few hours, and diagnosed the problem is short order. Jamie was super professional, and knew what he was doing. Due to age, and part availability, we ended up going with a new unit. I didn't want to, but it was time. I called US HVAC and they came out the same day. They were great! Very friendly and knowledgeable.
US HVAC Services responded in less than 20 minutes to set up a call for service. The next day a technician was at my door and fixed my problem fast. He didn't try to upsale me or talk me into buying I didn't need or any sort of "extra warranties" some of the other companies have tried to get me to buy.
