I’m not sure who is leaving 5 star reviews. They have to either be staff or staff family members. I also want to say that this review has nothing to do with the woman at the front desk. I didn’t get her name, but she was very nice at check in and when I complained about my room. Our room REEKED of mildew when we first walked in, old food stuck to the floor, walls had black smudges all over them, hair in the showers, shower walls covered in grime and soap scum. Great location unfortunately hotel needs lots of care. Hallway carpeting is stained and walls dirty. Bedrooms are the same. Walls dirty, holes in walls, workmanship of their trying to upgrade is terrible. Bed and pillows were comfortable- that I’ll give them. Photos online definitely show a much nicer room.
I will not be coming back here it's to much stuff wrong they need more cleaning and upgrades I'm just saying we are in 2025 website different then in person it sounds all good when u get here different story plus the pool was dirty too if want to take dip we still in summer ☀️
Rooms are clean , nice hot shower and no rif raf running around at night
Bed Bugs! Won't stay here again!
