From the onset with Janet running information between us, our rental management company and USHAC's technicians, everyone was always pleasant. It took three visits and three different technicians to replace three different issues (fan motor, capacitor, etc.) that happened to go wrong with our AC at once! With a heat index of 100 degrees they even brought in portable ACs just to make it bearable. I can't thank everyone there enough for making a very uncomfortable situation bearable. Horrible company. I have American Home Shield and put an order with them on Sunday night. They called Monday morning to come out between 11 & 2. I was home waiting for them. When they didn't show at 2:45 I called AHS. AHS called them and the girl lied to them and told them she called me and left a message that they would be late. They never called, have phone records to prove that. Called AHS and we are having a different contractor come out!
This is a letter of praise for USHAC. I live in a house that was built in 1972. The plumbing was installed according to the code that was in effect back then. The kitchen drain is a bit troublesome to clear and needs to be snaked to the septic tank, which is about 70 feet of pipe. My kitchen drain was clogged and although it took some extraordinary effort to clear it, USHAC did a great job. I recommend USHAC100%. My AC stopped working and I called my Home Warranty company Old Republic. They sent the service order to US Heating AC and Refrigeration. While the actual technician who provided the initial evaluation and installation of the part was polite, the people at customer service were rude, ignorant and impossible to work with. The response time was always slow.
