I have been coming here since Sept 19, the front desk stuff is always nice and helpful....yes, the waiting time is a bit long but that's understandable consider how many people just come in without appointments. My Dr is awesome, she cares about my well being, I never feel rushed in/out. She always gaves me good advice about my health......I would definitely recommend this place to others. Thank you US Healtworks Moreno Valley!
4 hrs to get DOT. Physical waiting doctor for over 45 mind in exam room and waiting over 30 min to get my Dev paperwork
Went to talk to doctor (which doc looks like she can't even focus) about stressful issues at work and she told me she can't do nothing about it it's a HR problem well hello lady I just told you HR sent me here I just left mad didn't sign anything after thank God my primary doctor has my paperwork what has been going on for last 2yrs
Unfortunately my experience wasn't the best, but I've been to worse. The front desk staff is busy...talking to each other...I had to ask for paperwork to fill out 10 minutes after I had signed in. The Dr I met with seemed somewhat frazzled...kept saying the wrong part of my body that was injured...read aloud everything that she was typing and wasn't really making sense. Received my discharge papers and the restrictions she gave didn't make sense either. Told me to get 2 physical therapy sessions in before coming back to her ... read more
I am really upset that i was sent here by my employer. I really wish i could say what i want to. If you have a choice, don't come here.
Very professional personnel. I was there for my DOT bi-annual physical. I passed. Everything went smoothly.
