Even with an appointment, waited an hour.
Unfortunately front desk was so rude and unprofessional and unorganized had an appointment waited an hour and 30 minutes to get called I do not recommend anyone go here, and I will definitely let employer know that these facilities are no good.

it is not safe in there. there are no PPE shields at the Moreno Valley clinic. When the staff was asked why aren't there plexiglass barriers there response was "Our CORPORATE OFFICE has denied any requests for shields". Even if there was a table in front of the check in desk that would be something but to have nothing in place is absolutely insane. Try and get sent elsewhere. Reception was sweet and helpful (at this location) but the indian doctor couldn't tell you up from down. I cut the tendon in my hand with a grinder. I had a hand surgeon have me look inside my gouge and shown me where the tendon was severed. I cannot move my finger. Well when I came to this place, she grabbed my hand ROUGH to take a look at it. I recommend not go there they are rude and unprofessional.
It's the furst time I've been there and the facility is nice an clean an the workers attend you really well.
I don’t like when u have appointment and u still wait an hour to be seen as if my time isn’t important
