Everyone was very professional and efficient. I didn’t have to wait long and it was a very pleasant experience all around.
This place sucks my fiancé had an appointment at 8:00 and we’ve been here over 2 hours and she’s yet to be called back. You call yourself “urgent care”?
Apparently you can’t take a child into urgent care? I get that it’s COVID but I was literally turned away because of my 2 year old son. “Find someone to watch him. We are open until 5.” Like what. So stay-at-home moms don’t get to be seen because they have to bring a child? Went to EvergreenHealth instead. At least there I can bring my kid. Just to note, neither one of us had been coming in for something like COVID. It was literally an unrelated situation. We are experiencing ZERO symptoms, not that the receptionist would ha... read more
I waited three days for an appointment for an occupational blood draw and hearing test. Here I sit, 45 minutes after my appointment time. They tell me it will be a longer wait. I can understand if I HADN'T made the appointment. I'll never come here for treatment. TERRIBLE customer service!!! So now, after 1 hour of waiting, they tell me I have no appointment at all. I now have to leave and come back another day. I have called customer service and have found that appointments aren't generally made for this. I have nothing goo... read more
Friendly service Yet bit of a wait do to COVID-19
I made an appointment for 10. I arrived at 9:45. I wasn’t taken back until 10:15. After initial contact with nurse I waited and waited for the doctor. I ended up leaving after 11
The staff, from front desk to techs were all great. It was a bit of a wait but that's to be expected when it's walk-in.
Rude and don't allow children! I had to take my infant son all the way back home then had to go all the way back just for a drug test. Front desk is not friendly, they are robotic, and gossip girls! I can hear them right now talking about other people. Inappropriate. I'm unhappy.
They treat their walk-ins terribly. I waited 2 hours to be told that it would be about 15-20 minutes twice and then finally that there was still at least a 30 minute wait and that I was not high priority. Would never recommend to anyone.
