Urgent care is a place where sometimes it’s busy, you gotta wait, and that means being patient. ( literally) I know this and don’t get all excited it they aren’t waiting on me hand and foot. There are people that might be in more pain or discomfort then me. That said, I had the most cared for experience there for my foot. The Staffs are approachable and kind
It all depends where you go some are nice and helpful like at the San Leandro and others are rude like the front desk lady at union city
Good and fast service, do not wait for long time to call me
Went to clinic for a work injury follow up , the health care PA was very unprofessional. She already made up her mind that I was there for worked compensation payment and down greater my injury as not being work related, and she has done this with out any physical and specifically avoiding that area I stated have the most pain. She clear me to go back to work without any restrictions and then gave a pamphlet on how to medically care and treat for an area injury similar to my chief complain. So far It has been an 1 hr and 10mins after my scheduled appointment at 4:20pm and still no one has seen me besides the tech who took my vitals. Left without seeing anyone and rescheduled!
