There is zero point in making an appointment - they do not care. I'm tired of the health care industry insisting the patient be 10 minutes early so they can see you 20 minutes late. USHW is by far the worse. They say they need to prioritize emergency cases - well you guys aren't an Emergency room. So if you need to prioritize URGENT cases you should have staff who do that and staff who tend to appointments or stop doing appointments!
If urgent medical help is needed, go elsewhere,you could die of old age waiting for your appointment/turn
Waste of time.. If your hurt or need medical help go some place where you cam get it
