this place sucks, your staff are rude and unprofessional and it takes forever just for one small task
3 hour wait for physical and pre-employment drug screen. I had to remind them about the drug test. Disorganised, understaffed, unprofessional.

Almost a two hour wait for a random drug screen that took 5 minutes!? Ridiculous! Hire some more staff for your poor staff that is there currently that takes the brunt of the customers displeasure for the waiting that is a corporate problem for not spending the proper money for adequate staff, and everyone knows u have plenty of money in the sad, greedy healthcare world we live in in this country . This place sucks. I went in for a pre-employment drug screen and when I came out with my sample I told them I got urine all over my hands (no water in sink in bathroom) and asked if I could wash my hands. They told me I couldn't until they were done packaging my sample and I was done initializing my sample and signing their paperwork. The sink was right there. They were on a power trip and it was humiliating. They could have done whatever they wanted to my sample after I left so that's not an excuse. They suck!
Complete joke of a clinic came in for a simple drug test and I've waited over an hour now it seems they like to go once pace SLOW they call maybe 1 person every half hour
Waited 3 hours on a walk in to be seen for the doctor to spend less than 5 minutes with me.
