I had a terrible experience here. I walked in and gave them my insurance for them to “run”. I wait an hour just for the lady to come out from the back pointing at me and telling me they PROBABLY DONT take my insurance. I don’t care RUN IT like you said you would. Probably, and don’t are two different things. I’m am very sick and I don’t have time to wait around. These people don’t care about your privacy, or your health. All service are good and the employees are very nice.
Got my height 2 inches off and my weight 10 pounds off. I’m 5’8” weighing 210pds. These clowns put on my DOT physical I’m 5’6” 220pds causing me to get a 3 month card instead of a 2yr card. To top it all off, by them putting in the wrong info their computer label me as having sleep apnea.
I was treated very professionally and was told everything that was going on and described in detail by the doctor what medication I was taking
Things went pretty smoothly and quickly enough, except the Fox Forms patient information application. After I filled it out it would have a problem with the way I filled out some field and take me back to the beginning to start over and CLEAR ALL OF THE INFORMATION I HAD PUT IN ON THE ENTIRE FORM. After the third time I was ready to kill myself and everybody else. Then they have me a paper form to start all over on. That worked the first time. Crazy.
