Small place and slow wait time. Should be more than two people at desk when line is out the door.
There is NOTHING urgent about this place!!! Slow I have waited 2 hours in pain and no one even acknowledges me! Worst place I have been for care....or lack thereof
Awesome group of people very outgoing and personable. Also very funny!!!
Most horrible customer service ever! I took my 10 year old son for a sport physical today. After waiting for 2 hours and doing the initial assessment with the nurse, the doctor popped in saying she does not see kids younger than 16. Don't understand why they didn't tell me that when we checked in and paid for the physical. Will never go there again or recommend it to anyone and I'm in healthcare.
This place is ridiculously slow!! People are waiting up to 3 hours after arriving for a set appointment time!! I've been here since 13:45 and am still waiting!!
Always friendly always helpful always there when I need a place to go!
