Husband had physical for his DOT.. Dr Brian was super and so professional .. everyone was super cool..
Had to go in for pre employment testing, probably every kind of testing there is, I had to do. Employees at the Lacey, Wa location are extremely nice and easy going, seriously made me feel like I was around people I’d known for years rather than your usual Urgent Care office. I highly recommend Concentra for any of your needs or testing.
RecommendedFor a work evaluation was good. Had an appointment but waited an hour. Gave a 9 rating. If had waited 30 minutes or less I would have given a 10. Could be a hair cleaner
Fast in/out service and courteous staff
I’ve been sent here by two separate employers for two separate reasons. 1) A work related injury 2) Pre-employment TB testing. Both times, I was treated great. Yes, sometimes the wait is longer than it should be, however, at times, so is my primary care provider. The only complaint I had, ( and it’s not a huge thing) was that someone who came in after me to have our TB test results checked, was called back first. So, really, just a minor thing.
Would have rated a 10 if Concentra hadn’t bought the clinic and shortened hours and taken away Saturday in Lacey
I went in for a pre-employment drug test. Everyone was really super nice and the whole process was very easy and short. I waited about 20 minutes which isn’t too bad…
Quick and easy. Appreciate the Dr. for remembering me and helping me with my needs.
Don’t get treated here if you get hurt on the job, The employers welfare comes before the Patient!
