RecommendedTwo of my employees and I went to Concentra for TB test required for daycare workers. The staff was professional and friendly. The nurse that actually did the testing was patient and answered our questions. It was the first time for one of us. When we went back the receptionist remembered our last names as we entered the door.
Every one was polite and courteous. Was able to lightly joke and have a few laughs.

After my husband had a wreck on the job, we were released from the hospital and made to come here for his breathalyzer. I explained the situation and he was in severe pain. It still took them over 45 minutes to do a 10 SECOND test. We ended up missing his primary dr appointment because of this, this is unacceptable and ridiculous. They just don’t care... wish I could give them a ZERO
This place is so slow. If you have to come here pack a lunch because it's going to be an all day thing. I've been here since 11:45 am and it is now 2:15 pm and I still haven't seen the doctor.
