Yesterday, I received a bill for a total of $802. $368 for when I went for a sore throat and $434 for when I cut my thumb. My thumb visit, all they did was wrap my thumb with gauze and gave me a tetanus shot. The incompetent nurse gave me the shot in the wrong part of my shoulder and NOW I have had tendinitis in my shoulder for almost 2 months now. Not only that! I got there at 2:40 on a Sunday. They close at 3 so they rushed me out and didn't give me ANY instructions regarding the tetanus shot. Ya'll can kiss my Goddamn ass... read more
I was out front for 2 hours when I went up to the window they said they said they thought I was with a patient just to tell me I was on the wrong side ok I signed in couldn't this matter been resolved within 2 hours
If you are unfortunate enough to need an Urgent Care facility.... this location should be your FIRST & ONLY choice! Amazing staff, very attentive & friendly. Joked with my daughter to ease her mind as they were examining the multiple broken bones in her foot. Took time to explain why we needed to leave there and go straight to Emergency Room so an Orthopedic Doctor could see her now. So glad we listened... she will need surgery ASAP.
Real fast very nice people . The Doc was a real sweet lady . Thanks US health works.
