The staffs are super helpful and friendly. Worked with Marshall and the experience is great. Price is also fair. Highly recommended.
Ashley was amazing ! We needed some wood planks - that apparently have been discontinue from the manufacture. Ashely went over and above to find us just the right amount of boxes and was able to get them shipped to the store. Ashley was excellent at communicating and keeping me up to date on all progress. She was 5 star at her customer service, and I would highly recommend doing business with US Hardwpod & Carpet.
Quality of floor I bought from US Hardwood and Carpet Inc is not guaranteed at all. I chose the premium brand one based on the recommendation of Alexis. However, when we received floors, there were lots of holes, chips, and odd color variation which I couldn't find from the sample. Because of poor quality of floor, our project is being stuck not making any progress. Our damage is huge not just cost of floors I paid. This is currently I am dealing with Alexis to resolve. We had a great experience at this flooring store, thanks to Marshall! He was super helpful in guiding us through the flooring options and gave thoughtful suggestions based on our needs. Marshall was always quick to respond to our questions and made the whole process smooth. When we needed to place an additional order, he went back and forth to make sure we got it as soon as possible to meet our timeline. Really appreciated the extra effort and awesome service from start to finish! Highly recommended!
