We recently had our flooring changed from carpet to hardwood for 4 bedrooms, landing and staircase area. Had extremely bad experience with US hardwood. Their work quality is very poor and totally unskilled labor staff. Some of them could not even understand English so was very hard to communicate. From the first call to get an estimate to after installation check in, there was nothing but 5 star personalized experience. Alexis himself came over at short notice to work out an estimate, helped with selection at the warehouse and dropped in during installation as and when needed. Ashley was my superstar coordinator for everything from ordering to scheduling and all the adjustments we had to make to get our work done since some of the material fell short.
