This is the absolute worst flooring contractor that I have ever worked with. They were initially recommended to us through our PM, but I have severe regrets of going with this company. They have been the sole cause of my basement project going off the rails. Very sloppy master bathroom shower job. The project manager did not care to uphold any inspection standard, was unable to communicate with the employees and was mostly MIA for thr project … We had them remove our vinyl shower insert and do tile in our master bathroom…. Multiple botches, and we had them come out to try and fix the issues but they only made it worse.
