This is the absolute worst flooring contractor that I have ever worked with. They were initially recommended to us through our PM, but I have severe regrets of going with this company. They have been the sole cause of my basement project going off the rails. What was supposed to be a 6 week project that started in mid March and is still not complete, and now we are in the end of July. They are the reason this project is still not complete. We talked to other flooring companies but ended up going with US Floors Direct because their quote was fair and we trusted Eric, the sales rep. During the install the foreman, Arthur was responsive to the few concerns we had. His crew worked hard and cleaned up nicely when they left. Our floors look great and we appreciate their hard work and attention to detail.
Absolutely phenomenal!! Friendly, fast, efficient, and HONEST! I'll never have my floors, tile, or hardwood done by anyone else!
