I went in to test drive a vehicle I was interested in and the stickers value had it at $18,995. After my test drive I shared with the salesman that my budget was $20,000 all in including what I'd pay in taxes and titling. He then went behind his computer at told me he could do $18,124.48 to get me to my number.
