This business called my work cell phone up to 5 times a day, even after I answered and asked to be removed from the call list since my number is not associated with any student loans. They kept calling me. I answered multiple times and asked to be removed and was ignored. All 3 people I spoke to have heavy accents and it's clear that their call center is in another country and that their sales people are just trying to get dials in calling the same number 5 times in a day. This business is a SCAM and operating illegally.

I continuously receive calls from this "company" claiming to assist me in a student loan. I was ask to go on to BUY by one rep, there I noticed this to be a fraudulent business and conveyed to go him. He proceeded to tell me this is inaccurate and the are a 3rd party affiliate and with the 3rd a party they are in great standards. That's when I realized this is a scam. This place is relentlessly calling at least 15-20 times a day trying to offer a service they can not provide One I owe less then $10,000 on my student loan and two I don’t work for the public sector. I have asked to be removed from the call list politely after we come to the conclusion that they can not help my situation and the calls continue.

The company US Financial Freedom called me in reference to my student loans. I was asked to give my log in information to my account. This was a red flag to me. Why do they need my private info?

This company has gotten my cell number and will not stop calling. I block one of their numbers and they call from another number. I am at a lost of what to do. I have never done business with them. When I ask them to stop calling they just hang up on me and I get another call.

I have been receiving calls from US Freedom Financial Center (that was the name given) for the last 3 weeks, 2 to 3 times a day, all from different numbers. I finally talked to one and she had all my information on my student loans and email addresses, etc. The amount of information she had made her seem credible. She had me go to this website and redo my user name and password. Don't think that was very smart of me now, but don't now what to do, but I think they have my Financial Aid username and password. I spoke with a man named **** **** claiming he worked with the U.S. Financial Freedom Center. He gave me his personal number **************. He is claiming that he can provide with me loan consolidation of federal loans and gave me a program and proceeded to ask me personal questions about loan amounts and annual income. He seemed to have all of my personal information from my student loans and knew all of my loans amounts and from which lenders they came. So I got a call from these people and don't trust them, they had all my information though and I don't want the to use it. What do I do??? They are a scam!

I don't know how they got my cell number but this company has called me 5 times in the past week wanting to help pay off my student loan (which I do not have). I've asked them 5 times to remove me from their database and yet I still receive phone calls each time from a different Caller ID number but always the same company name. Their ability to tell me anything about finances or how they got my information leaves me wary of their ability to do anything they may even claim to be able to do.
