Be careful of the talk and promises on the sales pitch. I found it did not aline with their actions. Owner talked a great conciencious, through process but my experience with installation his so called special lifetime warranted paint highly conscientious contractor workers failed to impress. I experienced fast pressure washing leaving flaking and chalky paint behind and a 5 inch trench with the dirt and stucco rock dumped in the good grass where it was left after job finished.
