just wanted to say so far that eddie has been very helpful. i am just starting this program so will have more of a feel of it once i proceed. I was pleased with the program when I was signing up. After I thought it over for a night, I decided that there was another route that does not affect my credit as much. When it came time to cancel, everyone's emotions showed up. The rep that signed me up went as far as telling me my credit is the worst already, so I should not care what happens for this next year that I am in their program.
