I will say the counselor was great. However I have been done with this program since Oct 2020 and they continue to bill me $59.00 a month even though I have repeatedly asked them to stop. Now when I try to contact the company the phone just rings and rings until it is disconnected. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed.

Certainly I was able to take back control of life, and with the encouragement of my Financial Coach, learned to make and balance a budget, therefore, live independent of credit card. My quality of life and overall health has immensely improved. My blood pressure and A1C, is now within normal limits. Thank you Freedom Debt Relief, I really found relief.

Violett is my counselor and she a wonderful person and extremely competent. She is very caring and really took the time to get to know me and my particular situation. Having her there to provide me with information and support definitely took the edge off of an otherwise stressful situation.

USEFS is the best debt settlement program available. Tammy P**** is the most considerate, knowledgeable and professional counselor. She truly cares about her clients. The program offers outstanding education in not only how to eliminate your debt, but how to stay on a steady course once the program is completed. The counselors at USEFS are always available to answer questions and the program moves rapidly. Thank you USEFS and Tammy P****. You are greatly appreciated.

I worked with a representative who is thorough complete and honest. She was a joy to work over the phone with in such a stressful situation as consolidating and trying to clear up financial issues. I was impressed with help this representative worked with me and how the whole company has followed up. I would say that they would be one of the top rated companies I’ve worked with in many many years and that’s saying a lot!

I was apprehensive calling a company that I received a "letter" from but I was curious about what they could offer. In the past, I've been told that I didn't qualify for debt relief type programs because I made too much money and my hardship wasn't 'hardshippy' enough (haha) I was so relieved and now excited about the opportunity to work with USEFS. I entered into this agreement with company because they assured me that they would help to pay down my credit quickly without affecting my credit or requiring me to close accounts. Well 6 weeks after signing up my accounts were closed and having trouble getting them to return calls. They are currently charging me $59/ month for education which entails a 10 minute phone call/ month in addition for a $1495 initial charge. Plus they are saying that I need to pay $470/ month for my creditors of which only $428 goes to the credit... read more
