I would rate zero stars. Been weeks since my colonoscopy and can’t get anyone to give me a call back about the biopsies taken. I have left multiple messages. Dr Taydas, if you see this please call me as your staff are not. I am still sick but not getting my biopsy results is unacceptable.
Love the doctor and office staff BUT the USDH management company is horrible. No phone answering, terrible portal, and now they refused my very well respected insurance so I would have to pay more to keep my doctor. Greedy corporate entity.
I have never had an appointment NOT rescheduled or cancelled less than 24 hours before. If you have an appointment expect it to be changed or cancelled cause the doctor is not in, late or had some sort of emergency. The billing department is incompetent and bills I paid were never marked paid and I am being sent past due now. When asked for an approximate cost for the visit or testing I was told they don't know, it depends and I am now being billed several thousand in surprise bills. Horrible experience with this business! Their 3rd party billing company sent me to collections yet I was NEVER notified I had a balace on my account!! I NEVER even received a bill!! Forget trying to rectify the situation or speak to an actual human!! Wow…just wow!! Stay away!!
