I had a previous unrelated dr’s appointment today at 7:30 am . I was done and out of there by 8:30. I decided to go to US dermatology to check and see if I could get in earlier than my 1:30pm with them. Was told no, understandable, thought I could save myself some waiting time or drive time since I live 60 miles away. My gripe is at 1:00 pm I was back to US dermatology in Warrensburg Mo. and the door was locked. ?? . Amanda Caldwell has a fantastic bed side manner and knows what she is doing. The treatment she prescribed has worked wonderfully. Great staff, too.

My granddaughter called in June for an appointment as soon as she could get in was August 11. Come appointment day an hour before she got a message that they saw she had an appointment and Amanda was going to be out of the office needed to reschedule. Ok things happen, the next appointment was September 25 as soon as they could get it. Today September 25, text to reschedule Am and had an emergency the next appointment October 16. Very frustrating when you need to keep rescheduling, will not be making another appointment!!!
