I want to start by saying, my husband went to his appointment and said that Andrea was great. She listened, made eye contact, and he felt like he was heard. It was maybe 5 -7 minutes from his last text before the appointment to when he told me he was done. As a medical assistant, I was blown away by how quickly they handled a new patient appointment. My son has been dealing with skin issues on and off for months. His pediatrician tried everything (4 different types of ointments, 2 types of oils and a cream) and her final actions was to see a dermatologist. I went to see Bowden March 5th and she did nothing for my 1 year old, but gave him yet ANOTHER ointment that STILL to this day I've NEVER received (3weeks ago).
