We are new to the area and I was able to secure an appointment within the month. Beautiful office with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Dr. Kennedy was thorough and left no spot unchecked. As a patient with family and personal history I left feeling extremely well cared for. I highly recommend this practice!!!
There was some confusion with my insurance initially, and I was told that I could call back with questions or do self pay. I called back to ask some clarifying questions about my insurance and the receptionist/customer service that picked up when I called back was exceptionally rude. She met every question with a "huff" and putting me on hold. When I asked how much self pay would be she initially wouldn't tell me, then "huffed again" and put me on hold. My experience with US Dermatology Partners staff was exceptional from the front desk, PA Derek, and Dr Kennedy were all friendly, thorough and professional. I was impressed that he wanted to see the actual pathology report from my FL doctor before doing surgery. His PA showed me the report and Dr Kennedy called me personally to explain why he didn’t proceed with surgery, instead observe/follow up in 6 months.
As usual very professional and addressed all problem area's.
