Don't perform any service or trade work for these folks at any of their locations unless they pay you there on the spot. This company does not pay it's bills. Our company performed a mandatory state required fire extinguisher inspection for the branch in Forney TX and they have dodged the bill for 8 months! Phone tag and run around and operators who don't know that "accounts payable" means. Administrative 1 star, providers 5+ stars = 2.5 stars. Their centralized phone system sucks! I’d give it a 1 star don’t recommend. I’ve called twice to make appointments for two different procedures, and since I didn’t have the exact medical terminology, they couldn’t help me and refused to give me a human in the local office. I suggested they look in my file to determine the specific procedure, and they didn’t even respond to that. Repeated calls to receive services and make an appointment. Put on hold for an excessive period. Then attempted to leave a VM and was hung up on, with a statement that the number did not have a VM set up.
