Repeated calls to receive services and make an appointment. Put on hold for an excessive period. Then attempted to leave a VM and was hung up on, with a statement that the number did not have a VM set up.

I went online, submitted my information and requested a callback. At about 8am this morning, some woman called me, said she was from US Dermatology. She said my name to confirm, I said yes that’s me. She asked if I was interested, I said yes. Then as I was pulling my car over to park, took me mere seconds, this 🤬 hung up on me. Now I see why the reviews are so bad. And here I was thinking they couldn’t be that bad.

I will not be going to this office again. My situation could not have been handled with less care or concern. I was already nervous about scheduling an appointment b/c my doc is on maternity leave, but I made one anyway with Dr. Williams who is filling in for her b/c I really need to be seen. I called & made an appointment weeks ago for tomorrow at 8:10am.
