I had just walked in.... I was inquiring about a certain injury. And I do take insurance if you do not have insurance it is going to be out of pocket about 350 the $50 is a deposit. But they sound like they really do know what they're talking about and I'll probably go back in a few weeks or so to take care of my situation.
Received a email stating I owed an additional $90. I am a self pay patient and this was a cosmetic procedure. No insurance involvement whatsoever! I paid in full at check out. Now they're saying they don't know the charges for self pay procedures until it goes through a review process Any additional charges on my cc will be denied. Don't perform any service or trade work for these folks at any of their locations unless they pay you there on the spot. This company does not pay it's bills. Our company performed a mandatory state required fire extinguisher inspection for the branch in Forney TX and they have dodged the bill for 8 months! Phone tag and run around and operators who don't know that "accounts payable" means. None of their actual locations answer the phone it's all routed to a call bank so you never talk to anyone who actually knows what's goi... read more
Administrative 1 star, providers 5+ stars = 2.5 stars. Their centralized phone system sucks! I’d give it a 1 star don’t recommend. I’ve called twice to make appointments for two different procedures, and since I didn’t have the exact medical terminology, they couldn’t help me and refused to give me a human in the local office. I suggested they look in my file to determine the specific procedure, and they didn’t even respond to that.
