I’ve been trying to obtain a payoff letter from HUD for days. The websites I was directed to submit the request has no record of my submission and no one is getting back to me. Ugh!!! This agency is the pits. Slower than smoke off poop. I have an important home equity process in limbo because I can’t obtain the necessary document needed to finalize the loan.

I have been dealing with these people for years. I filed 2 complaints at 2 different levels. They don't answer phones or get back to you. They don't care at all. I haven't never seen anything like this in my life. They just don't care.
I lost my voucher due to a unfair inspector who is working with the landlord. I can't email anyone cause it comes back blocked. They purposely made a 67 year old Marine homeless. The inspector is rude disrespectful and very unprofessional. Can't get any assistance from Denver,left
