This is the worst pick up location in my entire 7 years of driving! The check in process is horrible because u have to park 5 blocks down the street and walk back to the shipping office! This is in a neighborhood that u have to maneuver around parked car’s! Only daycabs should be in the area! If you touch the grass they will try and make you pay $250 aren’t they won’t load u!!!
Docking is tight depending on where they assign you. Not a great place for brand new drivers I would imagine. I'm not a brand new driver and even I caught a little hell trying to back in. Once I was docked though, loading was fast and everyone there was very polite and professional. It'll also throw you a little for a loop getting there as you realize youre essentially in a residential neighborhood in the middle of the city. Reminiscent of NYC except much less stressful.
