Yes this is all true. Luke is full of knowledge. But what is different about him versus the rest of the "knowledged" or "talented" is he is patient and willing to help out. There is nothing worse than dealing with someone that has no patience. Their knowledge is USELESS but Luke and his staff all are very friendly and patient and love to help.
