So, you guys care more about money than people’s safety? Refusing to refund people for tonight’s event that NOBODY can make it to due to the ice on the roads? That’s despicable. My wife and I are out $90 and can’t even leave my driveway. When I called the box office, the staff member was rude to me.
The facility was nice but the local beer they were selling at the luke combs concert was awful
The sound was much better than I expected in such a huge room. I loved that there was the option to sit or stand, and there were conveniently located drink stands so you didn't have to wait in a huge line. We definitely plan to go to another show here sometime!
I have never been to such a dated concert venue. The only event staff were the ones outside yelling at us to leave our umbrellas outside just so someone can steal them (which they did). At least some venues let you check them to prevent this. The place reeked of smoke and there were huge cracks between the bathroom stalls where women can look in at you... and the latches didn't work either. I don't care how awesome the band is, not worth it.
